The organising committee reserve the right to allocate final starting times and playing groups prior to the competition commencing.
In the event of an entrant having to cancel, refunds will be made up to the end of Monday 24th August 2026. No refunds will be made after this date. Fees paid for the 2026 competition will not be carried over to future years in the event of a competitor having to cancel.
